This letter is to tell you how pleased I have been with my new mini-schnauzer I got from you this year. She is now almost 11 months old and the perfect little lady. I was so worried that she wouldn't be as good as the 10-year-old female that I already have. Well, to tell you the truth, she is better. I am truly enjoying this loving little sweetheart. She is truly a thief; she steals anything to play with. Has hundreds of dollars worth of toys, and her favorite is a paper towel to shred. Her intelligence is incredible; she learned to fetch in 15 minutes. It took her only three months of crate training before she was acceptable to have the run of the house; my other took a full year. She plays with the cats, the other dog, and the birds; by the way, the African Grey always wins. I have had such a positive experience with this pup; I have recommended your kennel to a lot of people. But I am going to give you my phone number to give to anyone who is considering a puppy and wants a real live recommendation; they can call me anytime at 845-635-9609, leave their number, and I will get back to them at my expense. This dog has come into my life and become a true pal. She never leaves my side when I am home, and if I have to go away overnight, she waits at the door until I return. She drives the rest of the family crazy, but she is my dog, and she proves it more every day. I cannot thank you enough for this baby, for she gives more than you can ever expect for a dog.

I think we are in HEAVEN. This little fellow is the sweetest!!! Can you believe he told me when he had to go out?

I kept the appointment with the vet (VERY well respected here), but kept Cuddles in my towel, and he didn't come in contact with any other pet. The doctor is fine with us bringing Cuddles back to you for the shots and asked if you also do the rabies.

He RAVED about this dog. He said his temperament and FANTASTIC healthy body speak VOLUMES of you and your terrific way with dogs. (And this guy is not flowing with adulations often!!!!)

He said we were VERY lucky to have this little fellow, and I thank you kindly!!!

Hi Carol!

Bonnie is such a love! We're bonding beautifully (she loves to cuddle and falls fast asleep—she even snores!), and she is being socialized like crazy! She met the whole family this weekend, and they love her, and she's having a blast! I even stopped by work with her on Monday to show her off (I took a vacation day), and today at work I ran into a guy I hardly know, and he asked how my pup was. I asked how he knew about her, and he said he was watching us from the 2nd-floor window. He said she's the cutest pup he's ever seen! I would have to agree! (Not that my other buddy wasn't adorable, but this one is incredible, and she's capturing everyone's hearts!)

She is just what the doctor ordered to heal my aching heart over the passing of Buffy. I thank you so much for her! Also, she passed with flying colors at her vet check—not that I had any doubts! He said you did a great job on her tail and told me to be sure to commend you on the job!

Love her more every day. Thanks a BUNCH! Will keep you posted on her progress.

I want to let you know that Agatha is doing very, very well. She loves Ethan to pieces, barks just enough and not too much, and is doing very well on potty training. Most important, she is becoming a super companion. She stays with us very well outside (to the chagrin of the coyote we saw on the riverbedthe other day, who was hoping to get her alone) and wants to obey. She's done well in obedience training, which we are about to start again now that she's no longer in heat.

We had been looking for a cockapoo for a while but could not seem to find one for us in our area. "...we are beside ourselves with joy over this little guy, 'Wembley. ' I don't think that it's possible to have a better puppy. We are certainly doing our part with crate training and consistency, etc., but he is making all the effort VERY rewarding. When it's playtime, he plays. When it's outside time, he does his business. When it's sleep time, he sleeps. And best of all, when it is quiet snuggle time, he snuggles.

We had 65 people over Monday night to break the <religious> fast. The dog was unbelievably easy-going about the whole thing. It was very late when I finished cleaning up. I took him out of his crate and sat petting him on my lap for a long while. I don't know who was more content... Wembley or me.

I was prepared for much more hassle with training a puppy (more horror stories from friends, of course.) This little guy is so intelligent and eager to please that as soon as he understands what's expected of him, he's glad to comply. We are responsible, I know, for the clarity of our expectations, but his temperament is totally to your credit. All of your efforts certainly pay off big time!
