Hello,
I am Lauren Ryerson from Rockville Centre.  I own a 1 year old Cockapoo named Madison.  My moms name is Leslie Ryerson if you remember her.  I want to thank you again for my wonderful Cockapoo!  He is very sweet, playful and affectionate.  My friend Derek Neilson just recently recieved a young 8 week year old male Cockapoo and named him Dodger!  He recieved Dodger yesterday (Sunday January 13th 2002).
Madison is AKA "Butt Wiggler"!!!  Whenever he gets excited he doesnt just wag his tail.  He wags his whole butt!  Thanks for my family pet!  He is doing great!

comments:  Last December (2000) we bought a female Cockapoo from Mulberry Farm (born 10-14).  Merry Muffin is now about 17 pounds and firmly a member of our family.  I applauded Mulberry Farm then, and will again for their strict rules regarding who and when they sell puppies to.  When I looked on the website today I was amazed by that man wrote how "unreachable" Carol was.  If you read closely, he also thought the farm was located in Salt Point which of course [was] only the mailing address!!!  When we came to pick out our puppy, both Carol and her husband were sick.  They did not cancel the appointment though because they knew my daughter had her heart set on going and picking out her puppy.  Dealing with Mulberry was a pleasure and our Merry Muffin is lovable prove of that (she is just the best dog, cute and not a mean bone in herCockapoo body!!)

Dear Carol,
I don't know if you remember us.  Last summer, we picked out a Mini-Schnauzer puppy and named him Howie.  I just wanted to tell you that Howie is wonderful and we are very happy to have him.  He is small, about 13 pounds at nine months old, and a terrific dog.  I checked out your website recently (I sometimes do just for fun - once I showed Howie a picture of his dad on the site) and saw that you had upped the minimum kid age to 8 years old.  I feel pretty lucky to have squeezed into your "good graces" before that change!  My nine-year old helps me a lot with Howie, and my 6-year-old treats him really well and plays with him a lot.  Anyway, the whole family loves Howie.  I hope all is well with you.
Sincerely, Doran Muus

Hi Carol,
Just wanted to give you an update on Buddy.  We picked Buddy up from you in January and he is doing wonderfully.  We just finished all his shots and will be starting "puppy kindergarten" on March 18.  My children just adore him and visa versa.
He is doing wonderfully with housebreaking.  The crate training schedule you suggested was very helpful.  The only time he has an accident is when we do not see him going to the front door.  He hasn't learned to "signal us" at the door when he needs to go.  I'll have to look into getting one of those bells like you had at your door.

My daughter has taught him to sit and wait and fetch his toy.  We are still working on getting him to come to us when we call his name.  Now he only comes when he feels like it.  The "Puppies for Dummies" -book you recommended has been a great help.  I have told several people about it.  Even the kids can follow the simple instructions they give.

Buddy and our [human] baby, Jack, are both sleeping through the night now.  Life is good!!  We will send pictures soon.
Best Regards,
Mary Ellen

Dear Carol,
I hope you still remember us.  Sparky is the small male Schnoodle with the smooth coat.  He has turned out to be the most amazing dog!  You would be so proud of him.  He is turning 9 months on April 6th.  He has been "accident-free" since 6 months old.  He is a fantastic companion to all of us.  He has the greatest face.  Everyone wants to take him home.  He is friendly to all.  He sleeps at the end of our bed (Robin and Ron).  He loves being around people and other dogs (his next door neighbor is a Bijon).  Sparky must have had the best parents!  We will send you a picture in the near future.  Any more Schnoodles planned for the future?
Regards,    Ron, Robin, Alex, David and SPARKY Frank

Dear Carol,
We just wanted to send you a note to tell you that "Remmy" is doing great!  He has gotten us all hooked, and everyone in the neighborhood is coming over to see the "new baby".  His training is going well.  He is sleeping through the night and has very few "accidents".  He loves the crate but mostly he loves to be cuddled. (Not that there's any problem there!)  His temprement is very calm and sweet.  He loves to play with any toy you put in front of him, and he loves to sit in anyone's lap who will hold him.  He is very friendly to people, and is eager to say "hello" to everyone.  He barks very little, only in play or when he wants water he barks at his bowl by the sink.  He is beginning to bark by his leash on the door too.  We think he is a genius!!!
When you get a chance, can you email us the pictures you took the day we came up to get him?  We would love to see them and pass them along to other owners.
Also, we went to the vet and he gave Remington a clean bill of health.  He said he was in very good shape and well cared for.
Thanks again for our wonderful baby!
Love,  The Fishkin Family

Hi Carol;

Last week, Charlie (my adorable black Cockapoo, born in October 2000) and I saw the MOST gorgeous black & white Cockapoo puppy on our block, and I knew immediately she had to have been bred by you!!  Her name was Kiki, I and she had that perfect Mulberry Farm face, the one you see on ONLY your puppies!!  She's six months old, and her "mom" was so proud she was beaming!!!

Charlie is great  -  even though he's a "big guy" now (about 25 lbs) people still stop me to comment on how adorable he is.  He actually makes "eye contact" with almost everyone, bouncing down the street, wagging his whole butt every time anyone stops to greet him.  He ADORES dogs and children, and he's so happy in the park, playing with his friends!  I just can't imagine life without him, he's such a member of our family!  Even his groomer tells me how much they love grooming him because he's so sweet and patient!!  You just can't help but love this dog!!!!

Thanks, Carol, for our wonderful, wonderful Cockapoo!!!

Regards,
Laurie

Dear Carol,
How are you doing?  Hope you had a nice holiday.
I thought that you would like to know this.  We took Mickey to my sister's in "Upstate" NY.  Everyone who met him could not get over how cute he was and what a great personality he has.  He would go to everyone and sit in their laps and "cuddle".  He won over their hearts.  People were saying that they would like a cockapoo.  They were asking if all Cockapoos had such a nice personality.  I told them that they were suppose to.  That your puppies are bred to have great personalities.
Thank you again, Mickey is a real pleasure to have in our family.  He is up to 10 pounds.  He goes to "puppy kindergarten" class and is learning very quickly.

Sincerely,
Betty Zarrella

Hi Carol,
I just needed to tell you what happened this morning.  Bob told me one of our neighbors across the street came over to him and told him there isn't anyone in the development that doesn't know about our dog.  She said, "Anytime anyone mentions anything about dogs, your dog comes up in conversation.  They say she is "...one of the cutest, sweetest little dogs they ever seen...", and everyone is buzzing about it.  This explains another neighbor coming to me and asking if I knew my dog was a "celebrity".  I wasn't quite sure what she was talking about, but now I get it.  It also explains perfect strangers waving to us as if we knew them.  They know us because they know Mia.  I think it is wonderful that everyone loves our sweet Mia but I need to tell you how we feel about this precious creature.

My husband Bob never wanted a dog... it took me years to convince him how wonderful it would be to have a puppy.  Well, you should see him now.  There is nothing he wouldn't do for this puppy, he is totally and completely "smittened" and it is mutual.  She has filled our lives with so much sunshine.  She has awakened the sleeping child in us and taught us how to play again.  I have never seen a dog who loves everyone like Mia does, both people & animals.  If we are walking her and she sees someone, her tail starts wagging like crazy & she she can't wait to greet them.  She is especially wild about kids.  She just wants to go and play with them, and they all are just as wild for her.  She is so much fun just to watch.  We can't "stay down" for long with Mia around... she won't stand for it!  She seems to know how to make us laugh and wash the blues away.  What did we do without her?  She is also the best little dog... she tries so hard to please and get it right.  She doesn't have a clue how to be mean and nasty.
Carol, this little, wonderful creature is such a joy to us.  Bob and I often talk about the wonderful dogs you breed.  We have seen many of your dogs, and all of them have such great temperaments.  We dont know what you are doing, but whatever it is, don't stop!  It must be a great feeling knowing how much happiness you bring into peoples' lives... you are truly a gifted & talented person.  Not only do your dogs have the greatest personalities, but they are also the most beautiful Cockerpoos around.  You do know your stuff, Carol, and we are grateful for it.
Everyone who sees Mia wants her... the vet, the groomer, my neighbors and friends...
           "Mia", a
    Sable & White Parti-
1st-Generation Cockapoo
       Age = 5 months
We are just so happy we were smart enough to find Mulberry Farm, and we were even smarter to know what a special dog Mia was from the first time we laid eyes on her and instantly fell in love.
Thank you,
Mary Buten
